EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS

An employment contract can be made orally, in writing, or in electronic format, but it is recommended to make a written employment contract. A contract in writing provides benefits to both contracting parties as it records, and can be used to reliably determine, what has been agreed upon. If there is no employment contract in writing prior to commencement of employment, the employer shall without any separate request provide the employee with written information on the terms of the employment relationship.
