EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENTS

An employment agreement can be made orally, in writing, or in electronic format, but it is recommended to make a written employment agreement. A written employment agreement provides benefits to both contracting parties as it records, and can be used to reliably determine, what has been agreed upon between the employer and the employee. If no written employment agreement is made prior to commencement of employment, the employer shall without any separate request provide the employee with written information on the principal terms of the employment.
